Qualtech has 10 CNC machines and other manual mills/lathe. The Main stay of our turning side are Hardinge super precision GT’s and Cobra lathes and these have been complemented by our latest purchase (Jan 2003) a new STAR SL20R Sliding head lathe. This is a truly wonderful machine enabling us to produce Complex multi operation parts in one hit totally finished and ready to ship. This has the effect of reducing the unit price maintaining superb quality.

On the Milling / Tapping side we have Bridgeport’s and Brother 228 / 229 ‘s for high speed milling tapping one with 4th axis to reduce the costs of second op’s to a minimum.

The injection Moulding side has Two Boy 20’s to product small injection moulded parts in a variety of materials.
